What does iMindal do?

Optimize Minds for Optimal Performance.

Through a series of science-backed and evidence-supported techniques offered through in-classroom sessions, iMindal provides students with a toolkit to be their optimal self. Each student is unique and hence a personalized program rooted in cognitive science is developed to transform their individual abilities to meeting goals. The mind changes every day and students learn how to unleash their potential and support their own growth, resulting in improved thought processes, behavioral patterns, and performance in academics, sports, and other activities. Along the way students develop grit and resilience.

We assess each student and personalize an effective need-based program that addresses all student and teacher concerns, while gradually optimizing their minds to empower them to be in control of themselves, their feelings, their performance and overall self.

Conquering the mind by understanding the science of how it works is all you need, to be You, the optimal you.

1. Know self

Personalized sessions help students to gradually unravel their minds, giving them more clarity of themselves, their needs and what they
truly aspire.

2. Empower self

Understanding the power of the mind through the science of the mind-body-brain relation, students embark on a journey of self-revelations and self-empowerment with scientific understanding, alongside developing grit, resilience, and stronger neural networks, and pruning off self-defeating practices.

3. Optimal self

Students begin to influence their own development, performance and growth that empowers them to make the right choices and make the best decisions for themselves, improving academic performance and behavioral patterns.

Built utilizing decades of peer-reviewed research.

Students really want to learn the tools and skills to recover from an episode and manage what they’re going through, so they ideally don’t always need a counselor. Behavior change is hard. Under the iMindal model, students work with a 360-development coach. Students need that social support, so the iMindal coach can be a really nice accountability partner.
